We have signed a contract for the modernization of the backstage area of the main building of the Wybrzeże Theatre in Gdańsk.
Under the contract, the following works will be carried out: demolition works, structural works, finishing works, internal electrical installations, plumbing installations, and equipment.
According to the schedule, the works will continue until the end of April 2024.
We have completed a comprehensive modernization of the Coat of Arms Hall at the Marshal's Office in Gdańsk. The work was carried out under a general contracting system, with part of the scope in the "design and build" formula. The contract was completed on time and with the highest quality of workmanship.
The culmination of the 14-month effort is a high-class conference facility, which utilizes the highest quality finishing materials and is equipped with modern telecommunication (multimedia) and air conditioning systems.

We have completed the construction of a warehouse facility carried out under the General Contracting formula for the company Weinhaus Jakob Gerhardt Polonia in Gdańsk.
The task included the demolition of the existing building with an area of 1200 m2 and comprehensive turnkey construction of a new warehouse facility with an area of 2000 m2, together with social annexes, road infrastructure, sanitary, water supply and rainwater systems, as well as parking spaces and a manoeuvring area of 3500 m2 and land development.
The scope of the basic contract also included all necessary design work and obtaining permits for the use of the facility.
At present, SPB Contech, as part of additional works commissioned by the Investor, is carrying out works on this object related to the division of the hall for the target tenants, including: the construction of partition walls with a specified fire resistance and additional social and office annexes with installations. The scope of work also includes the installation of additional entrance gates and window and door joinery.
SPB Contech has been selected as the contractor for the modernisation of the brine tank at the Kosakowo Cavern Underground Gas Storage Facility.

● developing a construction design for the demolition of the Kosakowo Underground Gas Storage (KPMG) brine tank together with obtaining formal and legal approvals from the Higher Mining Authority,
● carrying out the brine tank demolition works, after preparing and securing the site,
Performing author's supervision over the task,
utilising the demolition elements, including cleaning up the site and providing the Contracting Authority with the as-built documentation.
We are continuing the construction of the warehouse building commissioned by the company Weinhaus Jakob Gerhardt Polonia in Gdańsk. In September, work on the building's construction was completed, including: assembly of the steel structure and trapezoidal sheet metal roofing with thermal insulation and PVC membrane, assembly of wall sandwich panels.
An industrial floor of surface-hardened concrete was also constructed throughout the facility. External networks and internal installations are being completed: rainwater, water and sewage, electricity, CT and hydrant systems. Outside, the foundations for the roads and manoeuvring area have been made and paving work continues.

We have completed the construction and handed over for use a turnkey hotel facility for the Royal Inwestycje company in Gdańsk.
The contract was carried out in the formula of general contracting and included demolition of the existing building and then complex execution of a six-storey building together with all branches, among others: electrical, teletechnical, air-conditioning, ventilation, sanitary and external networks and land development.
The building is a modern aparthotel with a 4-star standard of construction.

Work on the hotel building we are constructing in Gdańsk-Wrzeszcz is nearing completion. We have completed the network works, as well as finishing works and installations: electrical, teletechnical, HVAC and plumbing.
The façade features aesthetically pleasing brickwork and bay windows made of standing seam metal, which will form the main decorative element of the façade.

We have completed work on the construction of Ultrafog's logistics facilities in Tuchom near Gdynia. Our company executed the contract as the General Contractor in the "design and build" system. The scope of the contract included the comprehensive construction of the company's storage and forwarding facilities along with the necessary infrastructure and land development.
We have completed the redevelopment of an office building commissioned by one of the largest food corporations in the world. The work was carried out in the General Contracting system. Due to contract confidentiality, we are obliged not to disclose the name of the company.

We have started a comprehensive modernisation of the Intel office building located in Gdańsk. The works are performed on behalf of the JLL corporation.
The scope of the contract includes, among others: interior design, demolition works, exchange of tiles in several tens of toilets (kitchens and toilets), assembly of furniture with the supply and installation of equipment, trade works - plumbing and electrical, assembly of carpets and PVC, exchange of door frames, assembly of HPL cabins, painting and tiling works, installation of graphics.
We have concluded the installation of complete floor plating, including finishing layers, at the vessel ORP Piast. The work scope included constructing floors using specialist marine cement flooring materials, and installing PVC linings and resin flooring in utility and wet rooms.
We have been selected as the General Contractor and have begun the construction of logistics facilities for Ultrafog in Tuchom near Gdańsk. The contract scope includes comprehensive “turnkey” construction of a forwarding facility, including the necessary design work.

Under the contract, we are performing a comprehensive installation of floor plating on ORP Piast, including: concrete flooring using specialist screed mortars dedicated for the marine industry, resin flooring and installation of PVC lining.
We have concluded the primary part of the passenger cabin bathroom modernisation project at the Stena Vision ferry.
As part of the job lasting 1.5 years, we have completely replaced the anti-corrosion coatings and applied our original epoxy/polyurethane resin systems in more than 300 bathrooms.
Most of the work was performed during the ship's normal operations, which entailed significant impediments. However, with the appropriate organisation and experienced employees, we were able to complete the job virtually unnoticed by the passengers.
We have completed a reinforced concrete foundation forming an anchor block for a 30-metre tall pole-mounted advertisement.

We are pleased to present several pictures of the Oliwa Culture Hall, which we had the opportunity to restore its old lustre to. :-)
At the heart of Old Oliwa we have built a facility spectacular in many aspects, combining multiple functions: restaurant, performance hall, high-standard hostel, exhibition halls and arts workshops.
Work at such buildings involves numerous unknowns - among others, due to the building's age (for example, the age of a part of the foundations was estimated at about 250 years) or impossibility to compile detailed plans. We thank the Employees and Head of the Gdańsk Community Foundation for the positive atmosphere and trust they showed us.
We have concluded work at the Stena Scandinavica and Stena Spirit ferries of the shipowner Stena Line, which we conducted while the vessels remained at the Gdańsk Repair Shipyard. We have put in a few weeks of very intensive work, as we replaced tiles with resin flooring in the kitchen and renovated 40 bathrooms on the Stena Spirit ferry.
At the same time, we renovated 26 bathrooms on the Stena Scandinavica ferry, completed resin flooring in jacuzzi rooms, and performed many other minor repairs.
We thank the whole team for a job well done. Now we are in for a few days of rest, and then we will resumework on the Stena Vision and Stena Spirit ferries.
