We have completed the redevelopment of an office building commissioned by one of the largest food corporations in the world. The work was carried out in the General Contracting system. Due to contract confidentiality, we are obliged not to disclose the name of the company.
The work lasted from October 2018 to April 2019 and included:
- bringing the building up to current fire regulations: min. installation of fire class joinery, electrical works.
- demolition works,
- general construction work,
- finishing work: installation of tiles, installation of plaster walls and ceilings, installation of carpets, filling and painting work,
- elevation work,
- trade works: electrical, plumbing.
